After your initial contact I will send you a Client Questionnaire to complete and return to me. We then fix a suitable date for my on-site visit.

On my arrival at your home, I will hope to have a brief chat with you and be shown around the house. I will then work on my own for up to 3 hours. I then have a Feedback session with you and  go through my findings and report to you in detail. A full written Report will be given to you at this stage for you to keep.
