Feng Shui, Holistic Therapies, Crafts, Home-made Food and Classical Guitar Music

 

Sibford Gower Village Hall, Oxfordshire, OX15, on Saturday April 19th was the scene of our second year of bi-annual festivals of  'Well-Being', featuring Feng Shui, Crafts, Complementary Therapies and live entertainment.

 

It was open from 12.00 noon to 3.30 p.m.  All our visitors enjoyed an event packed with everything you need to know to improve your 'well-being'!.......... from Iridology and Homeopathy to Feng Shui and Foot Massage.

The Therapists and Crafts people taking part also mingled, making friends and sharing their skills.

 

Kate Zuill and Sandy Chamberlain each gave top-quality presentations that show-cased the work they do.

Kate had us all enthralled with her experiences and practitioner skills with EFT - Emotonal Freedom Technique therapy.

Sandy is an experienced, professional Lifecoach. She helped us to understand the way that we can limit ourselves within a comfort zone and restrict the progress of our lives.

Sandy offers help and guidance with those issues as well as help with a myriad of other problems and concerns that we can all experience.

Our guests benefitted from 'Taster' sessions and the opportunity was there to learn first-hand about Feng Shui and Complementary Therapy.

 

We applauded the young musicians who gave a stunning classical guitar recital. Laurence Jones featured as did pupils of Brian Penny and Rebecca Clifford, who teach classical guitar in the Banbury area.

We enjoyed delicious food and refreshments provided by a local Caterer 'Miss T'. Her wonderful quiche and absolutely first-class homemade chocolate cake come highly recommended by us all!
